It's been three years since Queen Britney Spears last decided to bless us with new music — we choose not to remember 2015's Pretty Girls fiasco — but she's about to prove once again that she is a merciful God.

That's because we're hearing some very persistent rumors that Miss Britney Jean will be dropping the first single off her upcoming ninth studio album next Friday!

Apparently, SONY Music Germany accidentally listed a new track entitled Make Me (Ooh) on their website with a release date of May 20 before taking the notice down.

We're guessing the exact day was originally supposed to be a surprise, but BritBrit did already say that we'd be getting new music this month, so we're thinking this is pretty legit!

Either that, or Britney is about to drop a song completely in German… which, to be honest, we'd be completely okay with.
