Britney Spears Faces Off Against Ex Manager Sam Lutfi In New Deposition

Britney Spears just can't get away from Sam Lutfi! On Monday, the pop princess arrived at a deposition for the ongoing lawsuit her ex manager filed against her.

For those who may not remember, the blonde beauty's former friend is claiming that she owes him money for his services… specifically 15% of her 800K per month salary from back before their famous falling out.

Sam says he pitched the idea to Brit back in the day, and that Miz Spears agreed. So, it's up to a jury to decide if the superstar actually has to pay up.

The gorgeous gal is getting deposed by Mr. Lutfi's lawyer in the controversial case. To make matters worse for the lovely lady, she has to physically come face to face with the man who supposedly encouraged her 2007 drug use, even though her legal team tried to keep them from seeing each other.

Brit's attorneys had previously argued that her old companion intimidates her and affects her ability to think clearly, but the judge refused to ban him from the room.

However, the magistrate did set up some protections for the singer, requiring the two to sit at opposite ends of a long conference table.

There are also surveillance cameras that show the entire room, allowing everyone to keep tabs on Sam so they can see if he's attempting to antagonize the momma-of-two in any way.

Plus, both parties have been ordered to arrive and leave at different times so they don't bump into each other.
